The goal was to build an open-access Borough-wide community media service. Initially at least it would make significant use of internet and website. However alongside virtual meetings and transactions CTVT is keen to promote the culture of organising actual, physical meetings and screenings between like-minded organisations and individuals. The Mapping exercise concluded at the end of January 2003 and nine particpating organisations were invited to team up with Community TV Trust for nine weeks of do-what-you-can, learn-what-you-can media making.
