Introducing NEON |
The New Elephant Open Network was established to make sure that the creativity of local people plays a lead role in the multi-million pound redevelopment of the Elephant and Castle area.
NEON seeks to engage with the local community and provide opportunities for self-expression and development through cultural, arts and heritage activities that will allow local people to influence the redevelopment.
NEON is steered by a management committee comprised of local people and representatives of local organisations. Any individual who works, lives, studies or practises in the Elephant & Castle SRB area can become a member.
The Chair of NEON is Paul Taylor, a local musician and poet.
